Merry Christmas to every one back home!
I don’t really have too much to say this week since I will be calling home on Sunday. I just wanted to wish every one a Merry Christmas.
Not much happened this week, a lot of our people have either traveled or are preparing for Christmas and New Years. (Oh yea, New Years is as big around here as Christmas.) The members here love us and they want us to come over this week so they can feed us. We will probably be eating a lot of food this week.
Friday we are going to Accra for our mission conference and talent show and stuff. It should be cool. Then on Saturday we are going to the Ahaji's and they are going to be feeding the whole mission. After that it is Doctor Kissi's birthday so we will be going over to his place to have some more food. Just in time to gain some weight before I hit my news year’s resolution diet. Ha-ha! Elder Wing and I are going to be healthy this next year but so far we haven’t been doing a very good job at it.
Speaking of my health, we went to the hospital today to get my blood tested. The traffic was really bad and there was no way we were going to get there on time in a car so we took a motorcycle taxi. It was really tight but probably not the safest thing to do. The drivers were weaving in and out of the traffic. We did get to the hospital on time though and everything went well, so Sister Judd will be getting my test results tomorrow or sometime soon.
Yesterday in church I took all those CTR rings that mom sent me (not sure who they were for) but we went into the primary and was singing songs with the children and then we started handing out the rings and the kids went crazy. They were so pumped to get them. It was way tight!
Well I found out that President Judd is giving us the option to skype or to call home for Christmas. I have chosen to call on Sunday vs. skyping on Monday. Sorry for that I am not sure what you guys wanted but I would just rather see you all when I get home. I will be calling on Sunday around 9 my time, so I hope that is okay with every one. Sorry for the short letter but I am sure that we will talk about everything on Christmas.
I can’t wait to talk to everyone but this time we will try to keep it small and not talk about anything that will make someone get emotional. Okay mom, no crying this time! Ha-ha!
Everything is going well! I love you all and can’t wait to hear your voices!
love Bbear

Doctrine and Covenants 130:18-21
18 Whatever principle of intelligence we attain unto in this life, it will rise with us in the resurrection.
19 An if a person gains more knowledge and intelligence in this life through his diligence and obedience than another, he will have so much the advantage in the world to come.
20 There is a law, irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundations of this world, upon which all blessings are predicated-
21 And when we obtain any blessing from God, it is by obedience to that law upon which it is predicated.
